Round continuous motion – Syringe printing

The syringes are fed by means of a bunker elevator,
a centrifugal feeder and a single lane linear feeder.
This machine is built up from a steel lacquered frame on which 5 rotating dials are mounted, which are mechanically synchronized. Between all dials spring-loaded-gates are mounted, which opens itself and slow down or even stop the machine, if deformed parts go through. In the linear feeder the syringes are pre-treated with a high-frequency-corona system. Thereafter the syringes are picked up into the first dial, that is equipped with a cam-controlled straightening fingers. In the second dial the syringe barrels are pre-oriented for eccentric tips. Following (dial 3) the syringes are loaded between two beared centres and printed with an offset print head type
RBX-120-80-1F-BW360. The printing roller of this type of print head has a cam driven printing correction. In the next dial the syringes are UV-cured. In the last dial, the  Good / Bad rejects take place. The gross output of the machine is 500+ parts per minute.
