Pre-treatment

Besides the curing of UV inks we also use UV curing systems in several power ratings and dimensions to cure polymers (glue and semiconductor coatings).
Light shielding, product rotation and ozone extraction play an important role in this. In some cases nitrogen is applied to optimize the curing process.
