Linear continuous motion –
Cup printing
This machine is built up form an aluminium frame with lexan covering. The cups are forwarded directly from the injection moulding machine, separated at the feeding station and taken onto product holders. The product holders are mounted onto a continuously moving chain. The parts are passed beneath a corona pre-treatment head and are printed afterwards with a Grauel print head, type RSA-120/100-1F. Finally the products are UV-cured and be re-transported at the lower-side of the machine to the very beginning. The gross output is 120 parts per minute.
