LCS

The Grauel Linear Conveying System (LCS) is ideal when multiple (e.g. more then 6) processes are integrated on one assembly machine. The very high positioning accuracy together with the high cycle velocity are the characteristics of this LCS. The linear conveying system can be used in continuous motion as well as in indexed applications.

The LCS can be supplied in different lengths and is built from sturdy, aluminum alloy links machined from solid billets each with fourfold bearing support. The links slide in grinded, steel guides. A stable, very precise chain is build to which product specific holders can be mounted. The compact construction allows for work stations on both sides of the LCS.
