Thermosetting Inks of the
series “ER”
For a fast curing and a good adhesion thermosetting inks has to be subject of a heat treatment. The needed quantity of energy depends on the substrate. The maximum temperature is located between 110 and 120° Celsius. Plastics like e.g. PP, PVC, P, Glas, Steel and PE can be printed after a good pre-treatment also. The retarder ER 9000 makes sure that the ER inks does not cure so fast onto the rollers. We recommend our detergent TR87 for cleaning procedures. All ER inks can be used for
12 months with exception of Gold and Silver. These inks have a shelf life of about 5 months. Move to the page downloads to receive the safety data sheets as well as more information concerningauxiliaries and additives.
